Hospice Board Governance

Are you a hospice Board Chair, Board Director, Executive Director, or CEO? HPCO is offering a 4-part webinar series on Hospice Governance. This series is designed to support you with information and tools as you adapt and continue to build your governance capacity.

2. Risk Management
3. Collaborative Governance
4. Generative Governance

The series will be presented by Catherine Anastakis, an experienced Governance consultant. Catherine works with Boards across Ontario’s health and social care sectors at the individual organization, regional, and provincial levels, including advising Boards of several hospices.

There is a fee of $500 + HST per hospice site to participate in this series. Any number of participants per site can join for this fee.
